MUCH BETTER and less expensive than Best Buy's Geek Squad. Marcus charged much, much less and not only fixed the problem, but proactively offered to network all our computers so we can all use one printer. He was able to install a new drive my son had trouble with. And he set up my email filter so now all junk mail gets siphoned off to an antispam folder. The Best Buy guy couldn't fix my problem but still wanted to charge me for coming out. What a difference!!!
