ive been getting my hair cut and colored at shear madness for well over a year. I love it. Everyone there is great. They always make sure you are satisfied before you leave. they have great hair products and very reasonably priced. I have never been disappionted by any of the stylist and would strongly recommend that you go try out shear madness.

I had a haircut there recently. Although, there are many good reviews on here, I wasn't impressed. First of all, when I came in someone tried to wash my hair and didn't even give me a brief consultation prior to cutting my hair. I had never had my haircut by the person cutting it. So, then I did tell her what I wanted but instead of cutting 4" of hair off she cut 6-7". I would be cautious unlesss you have a child's hair to cut or don't have complicated hair. My hair is very curly. Without going into naming who cut my hair, let's just say all are not qualified.

If you are looking for a great hair salon, look no further. After trying out several other Kingwood Salons I found Shear Madness (Mills Branch Dr.) The service and the quality are far better than any other salon I've been to. They do a great job there and you can't beat the prices. They use top of the line products and I've never been disappointed. It really is a great family hair salon.

I used to go to Aveda and got tired of paying the inflated prices for an average service. After a friend recommended Shear Madness I decided to give it a try. This salon is the best! Kim always does a terrific job on my hair and takes the time to listen and give me a terrific style every time. The prices are great...less than half of what I paid at Aveda and my hair looks 1000 times better. Kim just did my color today with a Brand New product called "INOA" by Loreal and I have to tell you my hair is so shiny and silky and the color is fantastic! She is the only salon in the area that carries "INOA". It hasn't looked this good since I was a teenager! I will be a customer forever.

I love Shear madness and the staff is great. Kim is a sweetheart and gives a great clip. The downside to the place is appointments-guess that's the madness part of the name. I've still been a loyal customer back when the girls were at the ball park. Highly Recommend!!

I got my hair cut and colored at Shear Madness and it was amazing! They mentioned to me that they have waxing available as well. The people there are unbelievably nice and the service is fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and fun and I would highly recommend going there.

This is the best place ever! I had two different colors put in and some highlights. I even brought my kids. The people are wonderful and the prices are too.

I went for the first time today and Chris cut my hair. She was absolutely wonderful. I told her I received a flat iron for Christmas and she actually took the time to teach me how to use it properly. I've never had a stylist give me a hands on lesson. She spent over an hour with me and it was only 25 bucks!

Absolutely I'd recommend them! In fact, I've been recommending them to EVERYONE because of the quality of the stylists' work, the atmosphere, the fees, the services available. They basically saved my hair after a bad perm (obtained elsewhere), and have kept my whole family's hair in great shape! The cool thing is, they can do all kinds of hair (including white/gray hair and kids' fine hair). Definitely the place to keep on your friends list!!

Terrific place for the whole family, enjoy a relaxing trim (or massage!) while the kids take in the pleasure of the Playstation 2. Kim, the owner, is a fantastic and extraordinarily talented woman. The rumors are true, guys, Shear Madness is taking Kingwood by STORM!!

Love the place, love my hair!

Shear Madness is an awesome place for the whole family. Kids can play ps2 while parents are getting there hair done. All the stylist have had over 15 years of experience and all have a fun and positive attitude toward all customers.

Great place for the whole family to get a haircut. They have a full line of hair serivces for men, women and children. They also offer massages and waxing. Very reasonable prices. Kim the owner is wonderful. She use to be a stylist at the Grand Stand in Kingwood before opening her own place. Danielle is another stylist there that is great. It is located on Mills Branch road in Kingwood.
