Marcus fixed my video card problem quickly. I thought my monitor was toast. He was knowledgeable and professional in all that he did. The price was great in comparison to other businesses. Marcus is a really nice guy, as well. Buzzingo is a good business all around.

Buzzingo fixed my computer fast. Other computer places say they'll fix it fast, then don't, but Buzzingo fixed it right away. Marcus explained to me what was wrong with my computer and I was able to understand easily. He charges a flat rate, not an hourly rate like others. It was a good price and I would highly recommend him.

I have not used this business, but I have been reading reviews and trying to find a computer repair place. I find it strange that when I look at this business on the internet, the address shows a private home. I understand many people work from home, but this strikes me as odd. Is he insured? Is this a legitimate tax-paying business? In addition to this the negative reviews left by someone who is clearly an employee at buzzingo on competitors review pages is very unprofessional and i cant help but think that the positive reviews I read here are just the same person artificially rating himself. This doesn't seem to be a very professional business practice, and it makes me wonder what really goes on when he fixes your computers. I will not be taking my computer to Buzzingo.

Buzzingo fixed a problem several other shops tried and couldn’t and had my computer back to me the very next day. I also noticed it is now faster and a lot of the little glitches I hadn’t even mentioned were fixed. Buzzingo was also the cheapest, and the price included everything. The other places I took it to before all ended up costing more than quoted because of extra services they added on or because it took longer. Excellent experience with Buzzingo all around!

Buzzingo has helped me out (saved my skin)on more than a few occassions over the years. Anyone who talks bad about Marcus is full of sour grapes (or perhaps a jealous competitor?) There was even a rating from a person who praised him but then hit the wrong ratings logo button! (You won't see hardly anything but 2 thumbs up) I wouldn't think about hiring anyone else.

Buzzingo came to my house this morning and had my computer up and running in a short time. MUCH BETTER and less expensive than Best Buy's Geek Squad. Marcus charged much, much less and not only fixed the problem, but proactively offered to network all our computers so we can all use one printer. He was able to install a new drive my son had trouble with. And he set up my email filter so now all junk mail gets siphoned off to an antispam folder. The Best Buy guy couldn't fix my problem but still wanted to charge me for coming out. What a difference!!!
